Terms of Use
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Mumly iOS app, made by Aidelly. By using Mumly, you agree to them. Where you downloaded Mumly from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What Mumly is — and isn't
Mumly is a wellbeing companion: reminders, logging, encouragement, recipes, gentle movement, and cycle estimates. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Cycle, fertile-window, and ovulation estimates are calendar-based approximations. They are informational only and must not be used as contraception or to make medical decisions.
- Recipes and nutrition notes are general wellbeing content, not dietary prescriptions.
- Workouts include general-population guidance. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting or resuming exercise — especially during pregnancy or postpartum recovery — and stop if something doesn't feel right.
Subscriptions (Mumly Premium)
Mumly's core features are free. Mumly Premium unlocks the full recipe, workout, and affirmation libraries.
- Plans: monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($59.99/year). Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
- Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no reselling its content, no using it in ways that break the law. Mumly's content (recipes, affirmations, workouts, videos) is licensed to you for personal use only.
Disclaimers and liability
Mumly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and noted in release notes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
