Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Mumly and tap Cancel. Cancelling during the free trial means you won't be charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open the paywall in the app (Profile tab → Unlock Mumly Premium) and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. Mumly doesn't require an account, and your logs and cycle data are not uploaded anywhere. See our privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Profile tab → Reset. Or simply delete the app — that removes everything.

Notifications aren't arriving

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Mumly is allowed, and review your quiet hours in the app (Profile tab) — Mumly never sends reminders during quiet hours.

Are the cycle predictions accurate?

They're calendar-based estimates that improve as you log periods, but every body is different. They're informational only — not medical advice, and not a form of contraception.
